Can I pay by credit card?
We do not accept credit cards. Only CASH, CHECKS, or Wire Transfers.
Can I pay by International Wire Transfer?
Yes, the National Office now accepts International Wire Transfers. If you would like to take advantage of this, please call the National Office at 1-631-645-8210 to set that up.
How much is the convention registration fee?
For Members, the convention registration fee is $395. For Non-Members, the convention registration fee is $895.
What does the convention registration fee include?
The fee includes:
- Airport pick up to hotel (NOTE: return to airport on Friday only).
- Meals (as specified on schedule).
- Admission into Keynote presentations.
- Daily workshops (NOTE: Additional fee for Pre-convention workshops).
- Admission into Exhibit Hall.
- Nightly Hospitality, including open bar.
- Transportation to/from Sacred Heart Seminary for closing Mass.
Will there be on-site registration for the convention?
On-site registration is extremely limited. It is highly recommended that you register prior to arriving at the conference.
I forgot to print a copy of my registration to include with my payment?

How do I make changes to my registration?

Who will meet me at the airport?
The Knights of Columbus have graciously volunteered to transport anyone registered for the 2011 NCDVD Convention who is flying into Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) to the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.
These pickups from the airport start on Saturday, September 17th. Starting Saturday, please contact transportation via cell phone number: 989-820-6591. Prior to Saturday, September 17th, please contact the NCDVD Office directly: 1-631-645-8210.
If you are arriving at the McNamara Terminal, transportation will meet you at Baggage Claim #6.
If you are arriving at the North Terminal, transportation will meet you at Baggage Claim #4.
I am leaving the conference early, how can I get back to the airport?

Do I need to make my hotel reservations separately?
Yes. Please see the Hotel registration link on the NCDVD Convention page to make your reservations.
What is the room rate for the Marriott Renaissance Hotel?
$139/night + 15% tax. This special rate is available until September 1, 2011.

I am driving my own car, how much is it to park at the hotel?
If you plan on driving: and require PARKING, there are three recommended options:
- The Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center has valet parking available at the cost of $25.00 per day with unlimited entry and exit each day.
- There is also an off-site parking garage available at $5.00 per hour, $20.00 per day, but this option does NOT offer unlimited entry and exit. You must pay each time you exit.
- There are additional self-parking garages available in Beaubien, Port Atwater (both on Beaubien Street) and Miller garages (Renaissance Drive), all near the hotel by walking distance.

Do priests need to bring their own alb & stole?
Yes. Please note that the liturgical colors for the week of the conference will be RED and GREEN. If any of the participants of the conference will be joining us for Mass on Friday, September 23rd, then we will need to add white to our color wheel for the week.
What is the dress code for the convention?
Business casual. Priests are asked to wear clerical dress for the Keynote presentations and the closing banquet.

Exhibitor Questions
What is the size of the exhibit space?
Exhibitors use table tops NOT booths. Tables are 72" X 30", draped, with two chairs.
How much does a table cost? How much is a 2nd table?
The cost of the first table is $300, and the second table is $50. NOTE: the number of “2nd tables” are limited. Every effort is given to assure at least one spot per exhibitor before 2nd tables are assigned.
How many of my representatives need to register for the convention?
We ask that at least one member of your exhibitor team register. NOTE: in order to attend keynotes, meals, nightly hospitality, and for transportation from the airport, you must be registered for the convention.

When can exhibitors set-up/take down?
All exhibitors can begin set up at 3:00PM on Sunday, September 18. Exhibitors are asked to break down prior to 4:00PM on Thursday, September 22.
As a sponsor I am entitled to a complimentary exhibit table; do I still need to register the table?
Yes. Please register as an exhibitor, ignoring the fee request. Second tables for a sponsor would cost $300.
Can I get the group rate at the hotel if I am not registered for the convention?
Yes, as an exhibitor you are entitled to the $139/night + 15% tax. This special rate is available until September 1, 2011.
Can exhibitors who do not registered for the convention attend liturgies?
All liturgies are open. Everyone is welcome to attend.
