For the past three years, Randy has worked as a consultant for non-profit groups specializing in strategic planning and interpersonal relationships. Prior to that, he was executive vice president at Franciscan University as well as serving as the university's chief student affairs officer. Randy is married and has four grown children.

Deacon Bill Pearson was ordained to the permanent deaconate on May 1, 1999 in Paterson, New Jersey. He is a Vietnam veteran and has his bachelor’s degree in economics from John Carroll University. He is currently enrolled at St. Mary’s Seminary and University’s Ecumenical Institute in the Masters of Arts in Theology program. Deacon Bill brings a substantial background in business and non-profit involvement and is looking forward to applying those skills for the benefit of NCDVD membership. He and his wife Nancy have been residents of Baltimore for five years. They have two children and two grandsons.

A resident of Bay Shore, New York, on Long Island, Mrs. Rosemary (Rose) Sullivan brings to NCDVD many years experience in corporate public relations and event management for an international construction firm. She also has owned a successful day-care business. In addition to her current work with NCDVD, Rose serves as Vocation Program Coordinator for the Diocese of Rockville Centre, N.Y. A married lay-woman with four children, Sullivan’s active in her parish and her children’s Catholic school. Her bachelor’s degree comes from St. John’s University in Queens.
