Exhibitor Registration
The National Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors invites you to exhibit materials at our
45th Annual Convention, September 27th – October 2nd 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center Hotel in the beautiful Mile High City of Denver, Colorado.
Over 200 vocation directors, representing virtually every diocese in the United States, as well as a handful from Canada and other countries, will be present at the Convention. Most of those in attendance will be Catholic priests, religious and lay people who will have a special interest in the following:
• Educational resources and services in the areas of theology, vocation discernment, psychological assessment, human and spiritual formation, pastoral leadership, and engaging a multicultural church.
• Liturgical vesture and vessels that are appropriate for seminarians and the newly ordained priest.
• Opportunities for expanding their – and their candidates’ – exposure and service to the church in the world.
• Writing from and about Pope Benedict XVI, as well as our late father John Paul II, whose witness to the priestly life has inspired many of our current vocation directors.

The Convention Registration form would also need to be completed if you intend on attending the convention as a participant. Registration includes admittance to all Keynote events, transportation to the Tuesday morning of Reflection, the Wednesday afternoon workshops, as well as all meals as noted on the registration form. All forms must be postmarked by August 20, 2008 in order to avoid a late fee of $50 (see form for mailing instructions).

The convention exhibits will be open to the delegates starting at 3:00p.m.on Saturday, September 27th through Wednesday, October 1st (set up will take place on Saturday afternoon, September 27th from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). All exhibits must be taken down by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1st.
