Chef Gerard Craft recently won the James Beard Best Midwest Chef award, after having been nominated six times.  Niche is considered to be the best upscale restaurant in St. Louis. Diners may choose a four-course prix fixe or a 10-course chef’s tasting (no ala carte items).
