How to find your driver
STL (Lambert-St. Louis) Airport Pickup
When you arrive at your gate, please proceed to baggage claim. There will be an NCDVD welcome table there (at either terminal) where you will be greeted by a local Serran. They will help you to retrieve luggage and to locate the Knight who will be driving you downtown to the hotel.
The Knights of Columbus and Serrans of St. Louis are ready to welcome all who are registered for the 2015 NCDVD Convention and flying into Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (STL).They will arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel. For planning purposes, STL is about 30 minutes from the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.
If you require transportation from the airport you MUST CHECK THE BOX ON THE REGISTRATION FORM AND PROVIDE YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION.
These pickups from the airport start on Friday, September 11, but may require you waiting a period of time for other passengers. If you need to make any changes to your flight information or have any questions about travel, please send your flight itinerary to events@ncdvd.org or contact the NCDVD Office directly: 631-645-8210.

HOW TO FIND YOUR DRIVER:

Transportation to return to the airport will also be provided by NCDVD on Friday, September 18 only. NCDVD has made arrangements for a complimentary shuttle bus to depart for STL airports. Shuttles will depart for the airport at: 5AM, 7AM, 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
NOTE: Space on the return shuttle is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please also allocate additional time to arrive at your terminal as the bus may make multiple stops for other NCDVD member airlines.
If you require transportation from the airport you MUST CHECK THE BOX ON THE REGISTRATION FORM AND PROVIDE YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION. Return to the airport by NCDVD will only be provided on Friday, September 18th at the times listed above. We will not be able to provide transportation for returning to the airport on any other day. You can contact the Front Desk of the Hyatt Hotel for assistance.
