Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, a link was included in your registration form. Should you need the link a second time, please contact us and we will send it to you. Please note that all credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
Can I pay by International Wire Transfer?
Yes, the National Office accepts International Wire Transfers. If you would like to take advantage of this, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for the correct information.
What does the Conference registration fee include?
The fee includes:
- Meals (as specified on schedule)
- Admission into Keynote presentations
- Daily workshops (NOTE: Additional fee for Saturday – Monday workshops)
- Admission into the Exhibit Hall
- Evening excursions on Tuesday and Wednesday

Will there be on-site registration for the convention?
On-site registration is extremely limited. It is highly recommended that you register prior to arriving at the conference. There is a $200 extra registration fee for registration made after August 5, 2022 or if paid on site.
I forgot to print a copy of my registration to include with my payment.
Please be sure to include a copy of your registration with your payment. You should have received a copy via email after you registered. You can contact us at the National Office email@example.com for a copy of your registration or simply indicate in a note with your check what the payment is for, and who it is for.
How do I make changes to my registration?

Why are you asking for my transportation information?
We ask you to let us know your transportation information so that we have a sense of what time you will be arriving to the hotel in order for us to welcome you.
How can I get from BWI Airport/Amtrak station to the Hilton?
For more information please refer to the transportation section of the convention website. Transportation can be done through Baltimore’s Light Rail System, or via a taxi or other lift provider.
Do I need to make my hotel reservations separately?
Yes, please see the Hotel Registration link on the NCDVD Convention page to make your reservations. We highly recommend that you make your reservations as quickly as possible. Please note the room rate is only honored until August 5, 2022 or until the room block runs out, whichever happens first.
What is the room rate for the Hilton Inner Harbor?
$149 a night plus taxes and fees.

I am driving my own car, how much is it to park at the hotel?
Please note, these prices are subject to change so we highly recommend you communicate directly with the Hilton.
The hotel has self parking and is currently $35 a day.
Do priests need to bring their own alb and stole?
Yes. Please bring your own alb and stole. Coat racks will be provided in the Chapel area should you choose to leave your alb there for the week.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual. Priests are asked to wear clerical dress for the keynote presentations and the closing banquet.
I’m not sure my office is a member of NCDVD, how can I find out?
Will copies of the talks/workshops be available following the conference?
It is the policy of NCDVD not to record our presenters. However, if the presenter so chooses, copies of powerpoints and handouts will be made available on the NCDVD website under the member resource tab.

What is the size of the exhibit space?
Exhibitors use table tops NOT booths. Tables are typically 72”x30”, draped, with two chairs.
How much does a table cost? How much is a 2nd table?
- $695 includes one standard table and one Convention pass. Additional passes may be purchased at the Members Rate of $595.
- Exhibitors may supply a brochure, or promotional item to be included in a Swag Bag which will be offered to each participant at conference check-in. If interested in including information in the Swag Bag, Exhibitors must contact NCDVD at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All Exhibitors looking to secure additional internet or electrical needs should contact the Hilton Hotel directly. NCDVD staff is more than willing to assist where possible.
- NCDVD reserves the right to approve/deny any Exhibitor from participating in this event.
How many of my representatives need to register for convention?
ALL representatives who will be attending convention need to register at the member rate of $595.00. NOTE: With your required registration, you are entitled to attend keynotes, workshops, and meals.
How do I ship materials to the conference?

How much will electricity cost for exhibitors?

How much will the Internet fee be for exhibitors?
If you wish to take advantage of this service, please contact the Hilton at +1 443-573-8700, as there will be complimentary wifi in your room but not on the exhibitor floor.
When can exhibitors set-up/take down?
All exhibitors can begin set up at noon on Sunday, September 4. Exhibitors are asked to break down prior to 4:00 PM on September 8, 2022.
As a sponsor I am entitled to a complimentary exhibit table; do I still need to register the table?
Yes. Please register as an exhibitor, ignoring the fee request. Second tables for a sponsor would cost $400.
