Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, follow this link: PAY BY CREDIT CARD.  Should you need more information, please contact us at: events@ncdvd.org and we will send it to you. Please note that all credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

What does the Conference registration fee include?

The fee includes:

* Lunch each day with the exception of Wednesday.
* Dinner on Monday and Thursday Evening
* Admission into Keynote presentations and workshops Tuesday – Thursday.

NOTE: There are additional fees for the Vocare Institute and the Monday Pre-Con workshops.

* Admission into the Exhibit Hall
* Excursions options on Wednesday.

Note registration is required and space is limited.

* If you are attending the Institute and want to attend Monday’s Pre-Convention Workshop, please note that the Institute will run through Monday at noon and you would need to register separately for the Pre-Con Workshop.

Will there be on-site registration for the convention?

On-site registration is extremely limited. It is highly recommended that you register prior to arriving at the conference. There is a $200 extra registration fee for any registration made after August 1, 2024 or if paid on site.

I forgot to print a copy of my registration to include with my payment.

If paying by check, please be sure to include a copy of your registration with your payment, (or note whose registration the funds should be applied to in order that we can credit your account properly).

You should have received a copy of your registration via email after you registered. You can contact us at the National Office events@ncdvd.org for a copy of your registration.

How do I make changes to my registration?

Why are you asking for my transportation information?

Although we do NOT provide transportation TO/FROM the airport, or train station, we ask you to let us know your transportation information in order that we have a sense of your arrival time to welcome you. 

How can I get from the airport to the Hilton Hotel?

Do I need to make my hotel reservations separately?

Accommodations at the Hilton Hotel are NOT included in your registration.  Please either click the link in your registration form or visit our HOTEL REGISTRATION section.

Check-in 3:00 p.m.

Do priests need to bring their own alb and stole?

Yes. Please bring your own alb and stole. Coat racks will be provided in the open area of the Chapel, should you choose to leave your alb there during the week.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business casual. Priests are asked to wear clerical dress.

Will copies of the talks/workshops be available following the conference?

It is the policy of NCDVD not to record our presentations. However, if a presenter so chooses, copies of PowerPoints and handouts will be made available on the NCDVD website under the member resource tab. You must be a member of NCDVD to access these resources.

Exhibitor FAQs

What is the size of the exhibit space?

Exhibitors use tabletops NOT booths. Tables are typically 53”x30” approx., with two chairs.

How much does a table cost? How much is a 2nd table?

$1195 includes one standard table and one Convention pass (For Monday – Thursday). Note this does not include the Pre-Convention Workshop, which would be an additional $150.  A second table, if available costs $250, space is limited. Additional passes may be purchased at the Member rate of $795.

NCDVD reserves the right to approve/deny any Exhibitor from participating in this event.

What is included in the cost of my Exhibitor Registration?

Registration for your table includes:

  • One table (standard conference size)

  • One Convention Pass (exclusive of Institute and Pre-Con Workshop)

  • Admission into Keynotes and Workshops

  • Exhibitor may supply a small brochure, or promotional item to be included in a Swag Bag which will be offered to each participant at conference check-in.

How many of my representatives need to register for convention?

ALL representatives who will be attending the convention need to register at the member rate of $1,370.

I already registered as an Exhibitor and now I need to add an additional member of my team?

To register an additional member of your team you can use the member’s registration form. 

When can exhibitors set-up/take down?

Displays can be set up starting on Sunday, August, 25, 2024  at 10:00 a.m.
Displays must be removed by Thursday, August 29, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.

How do I ship materials to the conference?

To ship items directly to/from the UPS Hilton Hotel store, please contact the Hotel at (612) 376-1000.

How can I arrange for electricity/ internet with the Hilton Hotel?

To arrange for electric and/or internet service for your Exhibit please contact us via email us at events@ncdvd.org or phone: 631-645-8210.

Can I put items in the NCDVD Swag bag?

Exhibitors may supply a small brochure, or promotional item to be included in a Swag Bag which will be offered to each participant at conference check-in. We typically pack out 200 bags. If interested in including information in the Swag Bag, Exhibitors must contact NCDVD at events@ncdvd.org or by phone: 631-645-8210.

As a sponsor I am entitled to a complimentary exhibit table; do I still need to register the table?

Yes. Please register using the Sponsor Registration link which was provided to you with your MOA.
