Who is payment made payable to and where do I mail the check?

Can I pay by credit card?
We do not accept credit cards. Only CASH, CHECKS, or Wire Transfers.
Can I pay by International Wire Transfer?
Yes, the National Office now accepts International Wire Transfers. If you would like to take advantage of this, please email events@ncdvd.org to ask for the correct information to set that up.
How much is the workshop registration fee?
Registration with overnight accommodations $100 per night
Commuter registration fee is $25
What does the workshop registration fee include?
The fee includes:
1. Meals: Dinner on Day one, Breakfast & Lunch Day two (Note: Dinner on Day two is included for those staying an additional evening. If you are interested in staying for dinner and are NOT staying the second evening please contact the National Office).
2. Admission into Keynote presentation and workshops
3. Nightly Hospitality, including open bar.
Do you need to be a member of NCDVD to attend the workshop?
The workshop is open to anyone working with the Hispanic community in your diocese. Diocesan Vocation Directors are strongly encouraged to attend.
Will there be on-site registration for the workshop?
On-site registration is extremely limited. It is highly recommended that you register prior to arriving at the conference.
I forgot to print a copy of my registration to include with my payment?
First, check the email address that you registered with. Your registration was included in the confirmation email you should have received when you registered. Otherwise, contact the National Office at events@ncdvd.org and we can forward you a copy of your registration.
How do I make changes to my registration?
Contact the National Office at events@ncdvd.org with your updated registration information.
Do I need to make my reservation for overnight accommodations separately?
When you register for the workshop you will be asked if you require overnight accommodations.
Do priests need to bring their own alb & stole?
Yes. Please note the liturgical colors for the days you will be attending.
What is the dress code for the workshop?
Business casual. Priests are asked to wear clerical dress for the Keynote presentations.
Will transportation be provide to the workshop?
