Can I pay by credit card?

Although we would prefer it if you were to pay by check or wire transfer, credit card payments are available by contacting the National Office.

Can I pay by International Wire Transfer?

Yes, the National Office accepts International Wire Transfers. If you would like to take advantage of this, please e-mail [email protected] to ask for the correct information.

What does the Institute registration fee include?

The fee includes:

  1. Meals (as specified on schedule)
  2. Admission into presentations
What does the registration fee for the Virtual conference include?

The fee includes Admission into all Zoom  presentations.

Will there be on-site registration?

On-site registration is extremely limited. It is highly recommended that you register prior to arriving at the conference. There is a $100 extra registration fee for registration made after August 1, 2021 or if paid on site.

I forgot to print a copy of my registration to include with my payment.

Please be sure to include a copy of your registration with your Check payment. You should have received a copy via email after you registered. You can contact us at the National Office [email protected] for a copy of your registration or simply indicate in a note with your check what the payment is for, and who it is for.

How do I make changes to my registration?

Do I need to make my hotel reservations separately?

Yes, please see the Hotel Registration link on the NCDVD Institute page to make your reservations. We highly recommend that you make your reservations as quickly as possible. If you have difficulty booking your room please contact the National Office ASAP at [email protected]

What is the room rate for the Hilton Minneapolis?

$115 a night plus taxes and fees.

I am driving my own car, how much is it to park at the hotel? Please note, these prices are subject to change so we highly recommend you communicate directly with the Hilton.

Valet parking is $45 a day and self parking is $25 a day.

Do priests need to bring their own alb and stole?

Yes. Please bring your own alb and stole. Coat racks will be provided in the Chapel area

should you choose to leave your alb there for the week.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Business casual. Priests are asked to wear clerical dress for the presentations.

Will copies of the talks/workshops be available following the conference?

It is the policy of NCDVD not to record our presenters. However, if the presenter so chooses, copies of powerpoints and handouts will be made available on the NCDVD website under the member resource tab.
